General Building Reactive Maintenance Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) is responsible for the provision of Building Maintenance works in Council Managed Properties within the Ipswich area and directly provides the maintenance of various types for these properties. A review of these services has recommended the tendering of the Building Maintenance Works. This Tender is for the Maintenance and Capital expenditure for our 8000 properties within the Borough of Ipswich. The contractor is to include all labour, plant and materials necessary to complete the installations.
