Redditch Crematorium Refurbishment & Re-moduling works to various areas - AWARD

Place Partnership Limited on behalf of Redditch Borough Council invite suitably qualified suppliers to act as Principle Contractor to deliver a refurbishment project at Redditch Crematorium. The works will include the remodelling of the existing visitor waiting and toilets, to provide new public facilities and vestry. Works will also include an upgrade to the existing lighting systems throughout the chapel, toilet and lobby areas. In addition, the provision and installation new catafalque lift, new heat recovery heating system, plus associated enabling works. Suppliers must be aware that this is a sensitive public building and grounds, all works must be carried out to take into account the building and surroundings.
