The construction of 28 no. Infill Houses at MacUilliam, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and all associated site works. It is a requirement that the tendering contractor has completed in the last 7 years a housing project under the direction of a professional design team, using a Public Works Contract Form, to a value of not less than 2 000 000 EUR. The project program requires delivery within a restricted time-frame. The tenderer must demonstrate that they have the technical, management, organisational resources, together with the technical and administrative PSCS / Health and Safety expertise, to implement the works in the designated time-frame.
