Tender description

Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association are seeking bids from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors to complete its planned works program for a 3 year period. This is the tender for Castle Rock Edinvar's planned works programme for 3 years — 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20. There are 3 works packages/Lots: 1. Kitchens and Bathroom Installations; 2. Heating Installations (fuel switch); 3. Adaptation Works. There is the option to extend the contract by 2 further 1 year periods. The tender is utilising the Procurement HUB Whole House Contractors DPS, OJEU reference 2016/S 170-305523. The contract is for install only. Castle Rock Edinvar have suppliers of kitchens and bathrooms in place and agreements with relevant manufacturers. We anticipate that circa 170 no. planned kitchen and 150 planned bathroom installs will be completed within the year. In addition to the planned programme, there may be additional unforeseen ad-hoc installations required. The contract is for install only. Castle Rock Edinvar have suppliers of boilers and radiators in place and agreements with relevant manufacturers. We anticipate that circa 48 No. planned heating installs will be completed within the year. In addition to the planned programme, there may be additional unforeseen ad-hoc installations required. This contract is supply and installation. Details of preferred products and merchants are provided within the tender documents.
