Tender description

Service Repair and Maintenance of all Stair lifts, Hoists, Platform Lifts, Arjo Baths and Clos-o-mat WCs to all Trivallis Stock. This also includes any breakdown/emergency requests that may come from our call centre. Please note this is an all inclusive Service Repair and Maintenance contract. The contractor will carry out two (2) services annually not exceeding six (6) months between services for lifts and annual servicing of specialist baths and WCs. Other works or duties in addition to those specified and as required by current regulations applicable at the time and the relevant equipment/component manufacturer's recommendations in respect of the service and maintenance of his products. All certificates will be uploaded to the RAMIS database and compliance will be monitored and corrective action may be required for poor performance. Servicing must be carried out prior to the due dates on the Ramis database. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.
