Tender description
Construct heated studio inside existing boat shed feeding water supply for new utility, kitchen and wash rooms and upgrade workshop. Plus exterior hard landscaping and installation and connection to new waste/sewage plant. Upgrade electricity and lighting arrays. To support a new tourist facility, create a studio within an existing boat shed at Milk Harbour Sligo with supporting infrastructure, waste water plant and hard landscaping. There is a second Lot (See RFT 117491) which calls for the rebuild of a 3 bedroom bungalow on the site to a 5-bedroom home. Successful applicants must coordinate their work and connectivity with the second lot.
