Swindon Borough Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to Design and Build 14 one bedroom flats at 119 to 129 Cranmore Avenue, Swindon The flats will all have individual entrances with no communal inside space. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents attached. The contract will be for a period of 25 weeks commencing September 2017. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than Thursday, 3 August 2017, 12.00GMT by hardcopy as detailed in the ITT documentation. The site can be viewed from the public footpath so there is no requirement to make arrangements to site visit.
