Yealmpstone Farm Primary School – Basic Need

The Council is looking to procure the undertaking of works as part of the Yealmpstone Farm Primary School Basic Need project. Works to the existing Yealmpstone Farm Primary School to enable an expansion to a two form of entry school. The proposed project involves the delivery of the list of works below to the existing Yealmpstone Farm Primary School: • New eight classroom two storey extension • New extension to include toilets, group rooms, circulation spaces and stores • New rear accessible route down to playground level • Remodelling of the car park and to provide additional parking spaces • External works to increase playgrounds • Internal remodelling to Main Hall, Year 2 and and Foundation Classrooms a new Staffroom and Studio Hall Keywords: Remodelling, Extension, Works, School, Construction, Refurbishment
