Transportation of Election Materials

Tender description

The requirement includes: • The delivery of wooden Polling Screens to the named Polling Stations prior to the date of the election (dates and venues to be advised by the Contract Manager); • The transportation of ballot boxes (heavy plastic) on the night of the election, from Collection Points and delivered to the Count Centre, The Meridian Leisure Centre, Wood Lane, Louth LN11 8RS; • Collection from the named Polling Stations of Polling Screens after the date of the election and delivery back to the Electoral Registration Stores (ERO) at Manby Park, Louth LN11 8UP (collection dates to be advised by the Contract Manager); • After the count all additional stationery is to be returned to the ERO stores at Manby Park.
