TDC PT Construction of 8 Dwellings at Godstone Road Whyteleafe and Associated Works

Tender description

Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the construction of 8 new homes at Godstone Road, Whyteleafe. The Council is contracting for the construction of eight new homes on a car park site at 236 Godstone Road, Whyteleafe. The principle development comprises two x 2-bedroom flats in a 2-storey frontage block, and six x 2-bedroom flats in a 3-storey block to the rear of the site, together with road access, parking, and landscaping. The contract will also include work on two others nearby sites to create replacement parking spaces.
