R5216 - Systemic Practice Training

Tender description

The Council requires the delivery of three training offers to support the further development of safeguarding, supervisory practice skills and strategic and change management leadership in Children's Social Care. The required training offers are: • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children • Focusing on how to draw upon the systemic theoretical approach • Using systemic leadership theory to assist in developing strategy and manage change The programme must be delivered by trainers who are systemically accredited by a recognised body, such as the Institute of Family Therapy. The programme must be locally based and the site where courses will be delivered from must be within 90 minutes travel time using public transport to travel from Mile End tube station and accessible via the Oyster Card transport system.
