The annual cohorts will be multi-disciplinary, made up of senior leaders from all clinical and non-clinical professions. The package will draw on leading thinking and best practice from both public and private sectors. It is anticipated that it will incorporate innovative and technology-enabled development solutions as well as drawing on the best of the existing local, regional and national leadership development provision.
