Tender description

Cleaning Services Contract for the following lots: Lot 1 — Public Conveniences, cleaning and associated minor repairs. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring the Public Conveniences are available to the public during stated opening hours, that specified cleaning standards are maintained and prompt action is taken to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Lot 2 — Kent Innovation Centre, cleaning to communal areas. The KIC offers office space to business enterprises with shared communal space including toilets, showers, main lobby and reception, kitchen, meeting room and conference facilities and it is imperative that a high standard of cleaning is achieved for our licensees and visitors. Lot 3 — Port of Ramsgate cleaning and associated minor repairs. Cleaning within the Port covers numerous port buildings including offices, passenger terminal, Amenity Blocks, internal and external toilets, shower facilities. It is imperative that high standards of cleaning are maintained. Lot 1 — Public Conveniences, cleaning and associated minor repairs. Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Public Convenience cleaning and associated minor repairs. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring the Public Conveniences are available to the public during stated opening hours and that specified cleaning standards are maintained and enhanced where ever possible. The contractor will be expected to take prompt and appropriate action to maintain high customer satisfaction levels throughout the term of the Contract. Lot 2 — Kent Innovation Centre, cleaning to communal areas Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of cleaning services to the communal areas of Kent Innovation Centre (KIC). The KIC offers office space to new and innovative business enterprises with shared communal space including toilet facilities, showers, main lobby and reception, kitchen, meeting room and conference facilities and it is imperative that a high standard of cleaning is achieved for our licensees and visitors and regular maintenance checks of facilities i.e. toilet flushes/door handles are carried out with any defects reported to the Reception. Lot 3 — Port of Ramsgate cleaning and associated minor repairs. Cleaning within the Port and Royal harbour is varied and covers numerous port buildings including offices, passenger terminal, Amenity Blocks, internal and external toilets, shower facilities. The Port welcomes many customers and visitors and it is imperative that high standards of cleaning are maintained within the Port of Ramsgate.
