Supply and fit bespoke fabricated galvanised rail mounted front door Complete new plaster rendering to front, side and rear of building exterior to include supply of materials and labour Complete painting and decorating to building exterior including supply of materials and labour Graphics package to include supply and fit of 1 No external sign and frosting of interior glazing units. Engineer to assess the stability of rear wall, works associated with rear of building; form new entrance and supply and fit bespoke door, allow for all associated building works, new plaster rendering, painting and decorating.
