Tender description

Derry Londonderry Railway Station is located to the East of the River Foyle and is the terminal station on the Belfast Derry Londonderry railway line.The site consists of the current operational train station, the old original train station, an island platform, park and ride, permanent way yard, two railway lines, two sidings, an existing Relay Room for the rail and a redundant fuel area. Translink wish to appoint an Economic Operator to undertake works such as the refurbishment of the old Grade B Listed Train Station as the new North West Hub and all associated works. The anticipated start is the Spring of 2018 for completion during the Winter of 2019.2020. The Form of Contract will be NEC 3 Engineering and Construction.
