Lot 1 — Small scale civil engineering and maintenance works (including culvert inspection and clearance); Lot 2 — Routine maintenance, vegetation management and pest control. Both lots will require emergency / incident response capability. Lot 2 will be split into sub-lots at area level at tender stage. Small scale civil engineering and maintenance works (including culvert inspection and clearance) in 4 Environment Agency areas 1-4 — (1) North East (NEA), (2) Cumbria and Lancashire (CLA), (3) Yorkshire (YOR) and (4) Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire (GMC). Routine maintenance and vegetation management including pest control in in four Environment Agency areas 1-4 — (1) North East (NEA), (2) Cumbria and Lancashire (CLA), (3) Yorkshire (YOR) and (4) Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire (GMC). Please note at tender stage this will be split into a lot per area.
