Tender description

Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary are working together to align their existing Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) service teams. This framework is to support the work that is specific to Police ANPR requirements. to include, but not limited to the procurement of ANPR devices (fixed and mobile), installation, site surveys, redeployment of equipment, point to point, calibration, NAS testing, Back office functions and consultancy services. This framework is intended to be accessed by all UK Police Forces. Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary are working together to align their existing Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) service teams. We require vendors to express interest in providing the following: Lot 1 — Servicing and repair of static and re-deployable ANPR cameras — Delivery of servicing and repair across a range of ANPR cameras within scope, Including, but not limited to static and re-deployable. Lot 2 — Servicing and maintenance of mobile ANPR cameras — Delivery of servicing and maintenance across a range of ANPR cameras within scope. Including, but not limited to mobile (in car). Lot 3 — Purchase of ANPR equipment and associated services — Provision of ANPR equipment and services, to include, but not limited to cameras, ICT hardware and ancillaries (point to point). Lot 4 — Provision of ANPR associated works and infrastructure — to include, but not limited to electrical and civil works. Lot 5 — ANPR consultancy and associated services — Provide strategic, broad based advice across a wide range of ANPR disciplines and functions to support, guide and provide innovative solutions to Police forces. Thames Valley police wish to carry out market engagement to test assumptions behind the above list of proposed services and shape the optimal structure of Police ANPR services to achieve the commercial aims of this procurement exercise.
