Fencing and Gates – Repairs, Renewals and Associated Works

Tender description

Selby District Council (SDC) would like to give you the opportunity to tender for the replacement & repair of fencing and gates and associated works at Council owned properties – typically residential dwellings (our portfolio comprises in excess of 3000 properties across the Selby District) - for which our expenditure is currently in the region of up to £100,000 in the first financial year and up to £50,000 for each subsequent year subject to budget. The duration of this contract is to be for 3 years with the option for a further extension of up to 1 year.
