However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The University of Leicester is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to complete two projects, the procurement is broken down into two lots. The first project is to substantially refurbish, and some new build element, of the existing Brookfield Campus into Brookfield School of Business. Construction period being between December 2017 and March 2019. The second project is seeks to develop the East Wing of the Percy Gee building on the main campus. It will provide a transformed East Wing of some 5,200 m2 providing new and improved space which better suits the requirements of the Union and the University, and enables a series of improvement projects to proceed within the wider University estate. The construction period is December 2017 to March 2019.
