Coach Hire and Minibus Hire Services (with driver).

Tender description

Specification published at tender stage: The University of Leeds is seeking to put in place a framework of providers for the provision of coach and minibus services with drivers as and when required for any time of the year. The Framework Agreement Contracts will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 further years, subject to satisfactory performance. The Services shall cover occasions when the University requires to transport parties ordinarily in excess of ten persons from/to the University or from/to any other locations as may be required from time-to time. The Services shall most often be required for the transport of academic staff and students for field trips. These trips will predominantly take place in term time, between September and June each year. In the summer period between June and September the trips that take place will be primarily for international students.
