Tender description

The NHT propose to convert the existing Scalpay Care Unit Building to form 2 semi-detached residential properties. The works comprise: removal of all internal linings, partitions, windows /doors, all services and floors leaving internal shell with external walls, block party wall and roof structure in place. The reinstatement works involve the introduction of new insulated concrete floors, new insulated external wall linings, roof truss modifications, roof-space insulated linings, new Dormer Windows, Velux Windows and Solar Panels, new Stairs to each property, new internal partitions and linings to Ground and Upper floors, new windows and door-sets, new bathrooms, new kitchens, Air Source Underfloor Heating, new electrical installations, new plumbing installations, new rough-cast, new fascias and ridge tiles, soffits and rainwater goods, new drying areas, walls, fences and footpaths and a new parking area.
