Tender description

This Contract is for the purchase (as detailed herewith, and in the related Information Memorandum and Pre-Qualification Documentation available on request to applicants following receipt of electronic expressions of interest sent to the contact point detailed in Annex A III, and in subsequent Invitation to Tender documentation) Design and build of the refurbishment and extension to A Block / School House at Methodist College Belfast, 1 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6BY. The 4-storey Grade B1 listed A Block / School House, with a gross internal floor area of 4 400 m2, will be refurbished with an 800 m2 gross floor area 2-storey new build extension constructed to the rear.
