This is a unique location at the gateway to the Town Centre and providing easy access to the A580 and M57, M62 and M6 motorways. The site is approximately 7 miles to the east of Liverpool City Centre and 30 miles west of Manchester. The site is located in an area with an excellent public transport system and is close to the key road network. The site of a former library building, extends to 2 350 m2 (0.58 acre) and is considered suitable for redevelopment of a multi screen cinema with complementary food and drink outlets.
