Tender description

Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for a Main Building Contractor to undertake the design and construction of 25 (twenty five) residential flats, 1 (one) commercial unit and 1 (one) community centre, including all necessary external works. The purpose of the procurement is to procure a suitable Principal Contractor to carry out the demolition, design and construction of the new Charles Simmons House. This development is a design and Build contract and requires construction over 2 railway tunnels, therefore contractors who wish to apply must have suitable and relevant experience in similar complex construction projects. Contractors must have extensive experience understand and be able to demonstrate experience of risk management. Further details in tender documents.
