Tender description

ESPO (in collaboration with YPO) is seeking to establish a framework agreement with a number of service providers for the provision of consultancy services. The key aim of the framework will be to promote cost savings and create efficiencies by providing customers access to pre-approved service providers whom they may appoint using a simple and streamlined procurement process. Including, but not limited to, advice around: Alternative delivery models, business continuity and resilience, HR, organisational design, project management, risk management, strategy development. Including, but not limited to, advice around: Audit strategies and methodologies, audit services, bench marking and quality assurance, external/internal audits, governance, risk and internal control. Including, but not limited to, advice around: Banking, financial analysis and reporting, financial reviews, financial options, financial policies, funding applications and grants. Including, but not limited to, advice around: Efficiency reviews, government returns, model adoptions, payment arrears. Including, but not limited to, advice around: Compliance and advisory, corporation tax, employment tax, land tax, PAYE, stamp duty, tax planning, VAT.
