Tender description

The Framework Agreement seeks to bring together various building trades into 1 multi-trade agreement for call off by the University either singularly or in multiples for small (minor works) projects. The University Estate is diverse and is made up of a combination of residential buildings, academic/teaching/research buildings and commercial property. The Framework includes the supply of the following trades/services: — General builders work/joiner work; — General roofing; — Electrical services (inc. structured data cabling); — Plumbing/heating services; — Mechanical ventilation; — Floor coverings; — Decoration; — Suspended ceilings. The awarded Contractor will be required to ensure the provision of labour, plant (for works, access and protection) and materials as required for the undertaking of the above services, throughout all properties owned, leased or rented by the employer, on or off the University Campus. Works will be instructed.
