Land and Property Services. LPS. advises the NI public sector on property management and disposals. This involves acting on behalf of public sector bodies to appoint professional chartered surveyors, . Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. RICS. or The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. SCSI, to sell and occasionally let properties. LPS intends to appoint Contractors to a Contract Agreement covering the 5 LPS District Offices across Northern Ireland. It is anticipated that this contract will commence April 2017 and will remain in place for a minimum of three years, with options to extend for 2 further periods of up to 1 year each. This contract provides for the disposal and letting of publicly owned land and property assets, comprising development land, agricultural land, commercial and residential property.
