Tender description
The Council is issuing this Application to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services for the Council for Adults and Children and those with requirements as detailed in the Specification. It is intended to commence the DPS in July-August 2017 and operate for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years, up to 10 years in total. Once the initial Application process is concluded Suppliers who are reapplying or new suppliers may apply to join the DPS at any time during this period.
