Tender description

1. Manchester Airports Group is a global airport company currently serving 55 million passengers a year. We own and operate four UK airports — Manchester, London Stansted, East Midlands and Bournemouth — which contribute nearly GBP 4bn to the British economy. 2. MAG currently operates 6 executive passenger lounges across 3 UK airports (Manchester Airport, East Midlands Airport and Stansted Airport), plus 3 in the USA (Minneapolis, Bradley and Oakland International Airports). We operate 2 lounge brands — the flagship, premium, 1903 Lounge (Manchester T3 only — new for 2017) and 8 Escape Lounges. 4. MAG Lounges are open to all, regardless of ticket class or airline. 5. We are initially seeking to gain market information on Food, Beverage, Coffee Machines, Smallwares and Disposable supplies directly to MAG, for use in the UK lounges only. This is NOT an outsourced catering provision. Further information is contained in the RFI document. The aim of the procurement is to establish a number of non-exclusive frameworks across food, beverage, coffee machines, smallwares and disposables suppliers to provide food and beverage supplies directly to MAG.
