Electrical installation work

Tender description

The works shall include complete electrical services installation and sub-specialists works (CCTV, Security, Fire alarms, Access controls, LV Switchgear, Lighting controls, Emergency Lighting, small power, induction loops, lightning protection etc) associated with the development of a new 1-2 storey replacement Special need's School building with 26 classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation with 94no. car parking spaces, bus drop-off, 1 no. sports pitch, play areas, sensory garden and site boundary treatment with landscaping to include connection to external perimeter pavement. The total floor area of the new school will be 5 310 m2. A 16 classroom single storey prefabricated modular temporary school is to be constructed on an alternative site prior for decant purposes during the construction of the new school.
