Tender description

The Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes kitchens, bathrooms, electrical rewires, heating systems and other internal and external works. In order to achieve this the Council is looking to establish a DLO Subcontractors Framework consisting of the following 6 lots: 1. Mechanical Works; 2. Electrical Works; 3. Painting Works; 4. Wall Tiling Works; 5. Sheet Floor Covering Works; 6. Asbestos Removal and Disposal. The Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes Heating and Mechanical Works. The Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes Electrical Works. The Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes Painting Works. The Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes Sheet Floor Covering Works. He Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes Wall Tiling Works. The Council requires experienced Contractors to provide labour and materials to support the Council's own in-house workforce in the undertaking of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) works which includes Asbestos Removal and Disposal.
