Alterations in Connection with Scarborough

Tender description

The project comprises internal alterations and refurbishment to provide new and upgraded teaching and learning accommodation, including a Student Entrance Lobby Extension The project also includes for the removal of existing fixtures and fittings from other College accommodation within Scarborough and transporting the items to Scarborough TEC and positioning / fixing the items within the newly created spaces, including associated works All elements of this project will require full liaison and co-operation with Principal Designer in the development of Health and Safety Files and as fitted drawings. The group has named a number or products on the drawings/specifications based upon a technical assessment and/or previous use, however the contractor is permitted to offer an alternative if it fully matches the specified technical performance of the named product. If proposing an alternative, an example and full technical specification will need to be provided with your submission and will be subject to approval of the Group Director of Estates.
