South Hunsley Primary School Permanent Contract

Tender description

The required works consist of the new build construction of a 210 place primary school on a new development zone within the South Hunsley area. Planning permission is currently being obtained for the development and works are due to start in October 17 with a completion date of September 18. Pupils are currently housed in temporary accommodation at the existing facility. Interested parties should request a pre qualification questionnaire from the contact and this will be required to be returned before 17th May 2017. Contractors wishing to receive the pre qualification questionnaire for this project shall respond to Lewis Potter at the email address below. The tender evaluation will be a price only exercise as the design specification will be issued with the tender information on 19th June 2017 returns will be due back before 28th July 2017.
