It is the client's intention to undertake works to both Respond and Lavender Court. The works comprise: • Remodelling of 2 Bungalows to create 2 self-contained flats and 10 bedrooms with disabled en-suite facilities. • Revised kitchen, laundry and communal spaces • Revised heating and electrical layout • Provision of new fire alarm and associated fittings • Options for assisted technology • Division of external spaces • New storage units externally • Future proofing of building for all types of users with learning and physical disabilities.
