COV - Term Contracts Project Management and Property Services

Coventry City Council is seeking to enter into a set of term contracts to engage the services of suitably experienced suppliers to carry out the provision of maintenance repair and testing relating to the following construction work types: - General Building Works - Decorations - Ceilings and Partitions - Flooring - Wet Areas - Roofing - Hard Surfacing - Fencing - Structural Surveys The services detailed above will be required in and around the City of Coventry. Coventry City Council will require services to be provided at Coventry City Council properties and other 3rd party properties, such as schools, academies, free schools, leisure centres, commercial offices and retail units. These works will occasionally be required at Plas Dol-y-Moch (North Wales). These are term contracts which means that there is no guarantee of value or volume throughout the life of this contract (all values are estimates).
