Corbridge Roman Town, Northumberland. Works to the existing visitor facilities (Building and M&E)

Tender description

Works to the existing building at Corbridge Roman to refurbish and update the visitor facilities. This includes works to the entrance and exit doors to improve visitor flow, along with some M&E works and other minor building works. The Museum gallery fit out and the shop fit out will be procured separately. The works are within an unlisted building, but are on the site of a Scheduled Ancient Monument, just outside Corbridge village in Northumberland. There are no works anticipated below ground. Project budget for these works is circa £80k. Contract start date is to be confirmed.
