Irvine Housing Association requires to procure a Developer/Contractor as a partner to deliver Phase One of the construction process. The design layout for Phase One (86 units) should take into account that the remainder of the site will be developed at a later date. Irvine Housing Association has separately procured an Employer's Agent. The Developer/Contractor will appoint the Principal Designer Services and include all costs within the tender sum.
