Northern Gas Networks are issuing out this periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) as a call for competition for various refurbishment projects to their offices & depots in the North East region of the UK. Northern Gas Networks are looking to award each refurbishment project separately to one single supplier. You will be required to register on Northern Gas Networks e-sourcing portal in order to obtain the Request for Information (RFI) documents. Further information will be provided to interested parties upon expressing their interest to the above. Northern Gas Networks have 3 refurbishment projects to undertake as part of their re-brand. The projects compromise of the following:- Mylord Crescent, Camperdown Industrial Estate, Burradon, Newcastle, NE12 5UJ Construction of a new depot and fit out including office space / meeting rooms / kitchen & WC areas / all associated Mechanical and Electrical works Warehouse Circa 3 000 ft² Office accommodation (2 floors) circa 4 000 ft² External area circa 3 000 ft² Contract Value Circa — 1 000 000 GBP Anticipated Contract Award — October 2017 Contract to be used — JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 Unit K1, Lowfields Way, Lowfields Industrial Estate, Elland, Halifax, HX5 9DA Fit out of an already existing building compromising of a 2 storey extension (into warehouse) Including office space / meeting rooms / kitchen & wc areas / all associated Mechanical and Electrical works. Warehouse Circa 3 000 ft² Office accommodation circa 4 000 ft² External area circa 3 000 ft² Contract Value Circa — 400 000 GBP Anticipated Contract Award — End July/Early August 2017 Contract to be used — JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 Rainhill Road, Stephenson Industrial Estate, Washington, NE37 3HP Fit out of an already existing building. Including office space / meeting rooms / kitchen & wc areas / all associated Mechanical and Electrical works.
