Refurbishment of 3 Nr Classrooms at Bantock Primary School Wolverhampton.

Tender description

The Works comprise the refurbishment of three Classrooms and shall include: Removal of partition walls to extend classrooms; Construction of new partitions complete with new doorsets; Blocking up existing opening and forming of new; Floor and wall finishes including the redecoration to existing areas; Mechanical and Electrical Installations. The Contractor is directed to the drawings and specification to identify the exact nature, extent and location of the works. The Contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract, 2011, issued September 2011 incorporating Amendment 1 issued March 2015 and it is assumed that any tenderer will be familiar with this form and will have a copy for reference. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
