Tender description

University of Chester (UoC) is planning to refurbish a small area of the first floor at the Guildhall in Shrewsbury. The project involves the refurbishment of the existing office facility into new a Environmental Science Business Research Centre. Works include new partition wall to create the Business Engagement Suite, Innovation Lounge & new offices, new lighting, new flooring & redecoration. Tenderers are requested to note that this tender (and subsequent awarded contract) may comprise of requirements that are funded by external bodies, inclusive of ERDF funded projects, and therefore is working to a limited budget. As a guide the maximum budget allowed for this activity is up to £120,000, including VAT. Please note that contract values and timescales for contract start and end dates may be subject to change.
