Learning and Development Framework Agreement for our entire business needs. The Framework will be across multiple lots and the award will be across multiple partners against multiple lots. The scope of the requirements will be divided into 5 individual Lots as follows: Lot 1 — Softskill Training, Lot 2 — Technical Training, Lot 3 — Operational Apprenticeships, Lot 4 — Office Apprenticeships, Lot 5 — Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Training. Management programme including skills for the future: resilience, managing state of self and others, innovative thinking and the changing role of leadership, with the dovetailing of a timeless skills of delegation, negotiation, effective teams and high performance. IT skills, excel, office etc. Gas related — Focus on rounded workplace transferable skills, creative thinking, time and task management, self management, problem solving.
