We believe that having a good home makes everything possible. We own and manage over 20,000 homes across London and the South East, and work on the principle that we can and must do everything possible to meet the housing crisis. We aim to build around 1,000 homes a year across all tenures and we are working to achieve overall customer satisfaction of 90%. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Network Homes are engaging a Service Provider to carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of all access control equipment in Network Homes' properties
