Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Responsive Repairs,Void Works, Planned Works, Disabled Adaptations, Cyclical Works, 3 Star Gas Breakdown, Safety and Servicing and Compliance services. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a second TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force. Contract to deliver a programme of repairs and maintenance and associated works for an initial period of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. The following core services will commence in year 1 of the contract — Responsive Repairs, Voids, Planned Works, Disabled adaptations and Electrical Services. Additional Services may be added at Teign's discretion. These Additional Services will only be awarded to the successful contractor following successful KPI results for the Core Services. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a second TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force.
