Public Toilets Coin Operated Steel Doors – TR09/17

Tender description

Richmondshire District Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors to manufacture, install and operationalise a number of public toilet coin operated steel doors across the district. The Council is considering a programme of updates across the current portfolio of public toilet conveniences, upgrading all toilet doors to coin operated. The Council required suppliers to provide submissions based on the total number of doors included within the specification. However the Council reserves the right to alter the numbers where unforeseen or unknown circumstances have an effect on the numbers. Suppliers are required to include their costs within the separate pricing schedule document which forms part of the tender package. The Closing date for all Expressions of Interest is 12 noon Monday 15th May 2017. All submissions must be received, no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 30th May 2017. Submission must be sent electronically via ProContract. Any queries should be addressed via ProContract and the Council will aim to respond to queries in a timely manner.
