Mech Upgrade to Main Restaurant -AHU 22 and Framework

Tender description

UCC invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from suitably qualified firms (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the works as described in the attached Works Requirements (“the works”) This RFT relates to Mechanical Upgrade to Main Restaurant – AHU 22 Upgrade/Replacement Works for University College Cork. The proposed project will be carried out for University College Cork in which the existing rooftop external Air Handling Unit, AHU-22, serving the main restaurant building will be stripped out and replaced with a new once-through fresh air unit. This competition is also to establish a multi supplier framework with a maximum of Five participants (“Framework”). This competition is based on an open procedure and the award of the contract and the appointment to a Framework will be determined by virtue of a test to determine the most economically advantageous Tenders (“MEAT”), following a qualification stage.
