Tender description

The Education Funding Agency is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent Design and Build contractor to carry out the design and construction of a new four court sports hall and associated changing and storage facilities. The Contractor will be procured on a two-stage full JCT design and build contract with EFA amendments with a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) The target construction programme runs from early November 2017 to June 2018 Contractors wishing to receive the tender documentation for this project should respond to Maisy Tuong at the email address below. The tender response is formed of three parts which must be completed by all bidders; Part 1 - Pass/Fail Criteria Part 2 - Technical Assessment (50% weighting) Part 3 - Pricing Schedule (50% weighting)
