GBC NB [PIN] Guildford Crematorium Construction Main Contractor

Tender description

Guildford Borough Council require a main contractor to carry out the phased construction of a new Crematorium building and associated external works and services. This work will need to be carried out out in a manner that ensures that crematorium services can remain operational throughout the works. Guildford Borough Council invite expressions of interest from Main Contractors interested in this contract. Further information on the contract and scope of works will be released during the PIN period. The contract will be a JCT Standard Building Contract 2016. There is a current procurement for a Cremator specialist to design, install, commission and maintain the two cremators which will be installed in the new crematorium. The Main Contractor will sub-contract the Cremator specialist as a Named Specialist under the JCT contract.
