Tender description
The National Treasury Management Agency (describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency) (the ‘NDFA’) for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (as Sanctioning Authority) and Dublin City Council (as Sponsoring Agency) gives notice of its intention to procure, by Public Private Partnership (‘PPP’), the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of social housing developments in Ireland. The Social Housing PPP, Bundle 1, is expected to consist of 6 social housing developments located in Dublin, Kildare, Louth and Wicklow.
