Tender description

Construction of the White Rock Electronic and Photonics Innovation Centre, Paignton. This is a Design and Build 2 Stage process. The Contractor will enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) with the Employer for the design and design development phase only. At the end of this phase and following any value engineering deemed necessary to achieve an acceptable Contract Sum, the Contractor and Employer will sign the NEC Option A contract for the construction of the works.
