Tender description

Scoil Phoil Naofa National School Dooradoyle Limerick — The works comprise of the demolition of the existing single storey central classroom block and its replacement with a new build 2-storey block over part basement comprising of GP Hall and 8 general classrooms, approx gross internal floor area 2 311 m2. The works also include the refurbishment of 2 existing 2-storey blocks, comprising of 16 existing classrooms, gross internal floor area 1 387 m2. New access road off St Nessan's Road roundabout, new staff carpark, new ballcourts and all associated site development works. The students and staff will decant off site to another building in the local area to facilitate the works in advance of the award of the building contract.
